1 lb. meatloaf mix (1/3 hamburger, 1/3 veal, and 1/3 pork) ¾ cup parmesan bread crumbs 2 tablespoons dried parsley 1 teaspoon salt ¼ teaspoon oregano dash of pepper 1-2 tablespoons beef broth
Roll into 12 balls and put in tray Bake the meatballs in the oven at 400 until brown. Remove meatballs from cooking sheet. Discard any grease. Place meatballs in a sauce pan then pour David’s Secret Sauce over them and simmer. Cook your pasta and bread. Serve over your pasta! Voila - a great meal from Jeff.
