David's Secret Sauce Recipes
Bracole

Ingredients: David's Secret Sauce, pork bracole (leave string on), minced garlic, olive oil, Parmesan cheese, Penne pasta, bread, and wine for  a complete gourmet meal!
 

Preparation: In a medium  saucepan, 1 tablespoon of olive oil and sauté 1 teaspoon of garlic. Add bracole, sauté until browned on all sides - turning as needed. Cover bracole 1/2 way in David's Secret Sauce. Lower heat and simmer approximately 20 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 150 155 degrees.. In a pasta cooker, boil water and add Penne Pasta (˝ to 2/3 cup per person), cook till desired doneness.
 

Serve: Take brocole of pan and cut off the string. Cut bracole do desired serving size. Put bracole and pasta in a pasta bowl, ladle sauce from saucepan on top.
Serve with Parmesan cheese, bread, and wine. Enjoy!

You will definitely enjoy this - what are you talking about! As you can tell, I like plenty of sauce. The sauce has captured the flavors of the bracole.

Recommended wine: Farnesse Casale Vecchio, Falesco Vitiano or any light red wine.
